Chinese cuisine is a harmonious integration of appearance, aroma and taste. It is as diverse as their culture, where every region in China has a specific menu. Cooking styles, ingredients, and flavours differ from region to region. Today, Chinese cuisine has influenced many other cuisines in Asia and beyond, with modifications made to cater to local palates. This course will introduce you to the staples and different styles of Chinese cooking.

  • Short recordings on Essentials of Chinese Cuisine must be watched prior to physical classes
  • Upon completion of the Online Session & all 4 Face-to-Face Sessions, participants will be awarded the Certificate in Chinese Cuisine by Reliance College.
