Malay Cuisine is known for its vibrant and diverse flavours, eclectic influences and rich history. It is the traditional food of the ethnic Malays residing in different regions in Southeast Asia, including modern-day Malaysia, and Malay cooking is rich in herbs and aromatic spices. This course will teach you the basics of preparing and cooking simple, well-loved Malay dishes while creating symphony through authentic Malay cooking.
